Our succulent BBQ Ribs are marinated 48 hours in our signature marinade of apple juice, teriyaki sauce, & maple syrup.  The ribs are then slow-roasted in our huge "Monument to BBQ" Smoker!  Order your ribs naked or allow us to finish your ribs by carmelizing them with your choice of our five different sauces on our real charcoal grill!

Doc's Ceiling Fan is one of the many unique creations you will find in the dining room.  The Timeline Motorcycle is also on display in the center of the dining area.  The Timeline Motorcycle is  24 1/2 feet long, seats ten people, & features a progression of seven unique Harley-Davidson engines from 1909 to present!
Click here for a video of the Timeline Motorcycle on it's trip to Sturgis in August 2009.
Watch as our signature steaks, juicy burgers, & more are expertly grilled to order on our real Kingsford charcoal grill.  The grill is adorned with antique bricks & Harley-Davidson cylinders.

Pictures above & below show Doc's new 40 foot long ceiling fan located above the bar.  A Harley engine drives the fan.  All internal parts have been removed from the engine & an electric motor installed in their place.  One end of the fan drives a Harley-Davidson transmission with locomotive style crank that pumps 8 H-D swingarms, windshields, & connecting rods.  The other end of the fan goes to a jackshaft that drives a right angle gearbox which turns a 17 foot long 3/4" driveshaft.  The driveshaft has numerous different H-D parts on it that rotate in a 36" circle.  The fan is embellished with different fake food items including burgers, fries, ice cream, waffles, & much more.
